Job Summary

Join the Global Sales Effectiveness team to uplift frontline capability across HSBC Private Bank. You’ll design and refine training journeys, create learning assets such as role plays and simulations, and deliver/coordinate coaching for Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and Desk Heads. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with global and local stakeholders to set capability priorities and translate business asks into learning strategy and plans.
•Shape training across induction, accreditation, and ongoing development aligned to the Private Bank proposition and RM skills framework.
•Co-create and deliver practical learning assets (role plays, case studies, simulations, and tools) to build frontline confidence and consistency.
•Coach Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and Desk Heads to improve sales effectiveness, client engagement, and performance.
•Lead quarterly induction and accreditation operations in Asia, including tracking completion and ensuring consistent assessment governance.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years’ experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services sales.
•Experience in sales coaching, training facilitation, and/or learning design (formal coaching certification preferred).
•Experience with assessment-based accreditation (e.g., observed role plays, structured scoring, feedback frameworks, calibration).
•Knowledge of investment and wealth products, client engagement, and advisory process.
•Highly organised with strong communication skills to engage senior leaders and front-line colleagues.
