Job Summary

Help translate CEO priorities into cross-functional execution for BJAK’s AI neobank app expansion. Drive problem definition to delivery, track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines, and manage urgent initiatives that span product, engineering, finance, legal/compliance, operations, and country teams. Support licensing applications, hiring, partnerships, and market launch efforts by producing clear briefs, updates, research notes, and follow-ups while closing execution gaps.

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps and own urgent business problems spanning multiple departments.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer with structured thinking and strong follow-through.
•Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable with ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
