Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lot/wafer operational management in the Probe Area using Micron MES.
  • •Provide first-response to system anomalies, assess impact scope, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • •Collect and perform basic analysis of quality and Probe-process data; share issues and request engineer support.
  • •Follow Micron safety policies and rules (6S) during work.
  • •Verify adherence to Probe process rules and Micron quality rules (12 disciplines), and report nonconformance/Near Miss to the supervisor to support recurrence prevention.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduation or above
  • •Japanese communication skills
  • •Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • •Ability to work shift schedules
  • •Basic knowledge of Fab/Probe processes and equipment, and understanding/experience using manufacturing systems such as Micron MES
