Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze current processes and document target-state brokerage workflows.
  • •Capture and document business, functional, data, reporting, integration, and operational requirements.
  • •Create business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Maintain traceability between requirements, solution designs, configurations, interfaces, and test cases; track changes and decisions.
  • •Work with SMEs and solution teams to define requirements across order capture, routing, execution, risk checks, positions, settlement, and reconciliation; support testing, migration, implementation, and business readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets, securities brokerage, investment services, or trading technology.
  • •Saudi Arabia local market experience is a must.
  • •Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle from order capture and execution through clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • •Experience delivering trading, brokerage, order-management, execution-management, or post-trade platform implementations.
  • •Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and traceability matrices, including support for integration testing, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
