Job Summary

The TAM Architect guides strategic, enterprise ClickHouse users through onboarding, production launches, and POCs, providing architectural, technical, and migration guidance. You will lead projects and escalations, own L3 support cases, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to shape roadmaps while supporting global, 24x7 deployments and regional onsite travel across APJ.

•Provide onboarding, production launches, and POCs for strategic ClickHouse users and prospects
•Offer architectural, technical, and migration guidance and assistance
•Lead projects, escalations, and meetings to enable ongoing user/customer success
•Own L3 support cases and escalations, coordinating with L1/L2 teams
•Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to develop roadmaps and account plans

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, and/or Project Management roles
•5+ years of experience implementing, operating, and/or supporting distributed DBMS (DBMS)
•Technical breadth in DBMS/OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, Kubernetes, Linux/Unix, and big data
•Experience leading and shipping large technical projects with multiple engineers
•Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their IaaS offerings (e.g. EC2)
