Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onboarding, production launches, and POCs for strategic ClickHouse users and prospects
  • •Offer architectural, technical, and migration guidance and assistance
  • •Lead projects, escalations, and meetings to enable ongoing user/customer success
  • •Own L3 support cases and escalations, coordinating with L1/L2 teams
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to develop roadmaps and account plans

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, and/or Project Management roles
  • •5+ years of experience implementing, operating, and/or supporting distributed DBMS (DBMS)
  • •Technical breadth in DBMS/OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, Kubernetes, Linux/Unix, and big data
  • •Experience leading and shipping large technical projects with multiple engineers
  • •Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their IaaS offerings (e.g. EC2)
