•Provide strategic technical direction and leadership across project lifecycles, mentoring engineers at all levels to support capability development and succession planning.
•Ensure rigorous compliance with local and international maritime codes and standards, while proactively managing risk and safety considerations.

•Proven experience pursuing and winning maritime infrastructure projects leveraging a depth of experience and collaboration across multidisciplinary global teams.
•Hold or eligible to hold an Australia baseline security clearance.
