Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and lead technical design throughout the project lifecycle
  • •Coordinate mechanical system design with electrical engineers, architects, and other design professionals
  • •Design HVAC, controls, and plumbing facilities
  • •Perform HVAC calculations and analysis using standard industry programs, including drawing review and field investigations
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards/practices and support site visits/inspections as needed

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
  • •Minimum 8 years of HVAC / Mechanical Design Engineering experience for different building types
  • •Strong technical knowledge of international regulations and standards
  • •Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • •Experience with Revit is an asset; plumbing and fire protection design experience is a plus
