Job Summary

Lead end-to-end KPI reporting and advanced analytics for Product Development operations, designing dashboards and analytical tools that deliver decision-ready insights. Own operational data integrity across systems (PO, PR, milestones, ECN), defining validation standards and resolving complex data issues. Strengthen governance practices and execution discipline through targeted process improvement, and partner with Governance & Operations and Product Development teams to anticipate execution risks before they impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, prepare, and govern Product Development KPI reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools; diagnose risks and translate findings into recommendations.
•Own operational data integrity across Product Development systems (PO, PR, milestones, ECN), including validation standards and escalation of non-routine exceptions.
•Interpret and improve governance practices by identifying recurring execution issues and partnering to define corrective actions.
•Lead targeted process improvement initiatives to strengthen predictability and execution discipline across Product Development operations.
•Act as a trusted operational partner to Product Development teams and platform stakeholders; informally mentor Analysts by reviewing outputs and quality gating work.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in analytical or operational roles with end-to-end ownership of reporting, system governance, or continuous improvement in complex environments.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM or ERP systems preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to own complex analytical and operational workstreams with minimal supervision.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
