Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time data.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Order parts as needed, assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and maintain the service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required.

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service and teamwork with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Have a high school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, and prior field service, maintenance, and repair experience is preferred.
  • •Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
