Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to overall product strategy and decision-making for direction of Figma Weave.
  • •Articulate customer needs and business opportunities through clear storytelling and narratives.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers to align on solutions.
  • •Create, validate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to shape user experience.
  • •Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements while providing thoughtful feedback to peers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience working as a product designer
  • •3+ years of experience working on a software product with similar scale or complexity
  • •Experience using node-based design tools or broader design/development tools
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain design decisions with clear rationale and storytelling
  • •Great attention to detail, and an eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
