Key Responsibilities

•Consult with Consumer and Small Business clients to collect income, assets, investments, and credit information and develop customized banking plans.
•Provide exceptional client experience with a client-first attitude and tailored recommendations for products and services.
•Grow relationships through referral networks and outreach efforts, and represent the bank in community events and civic organizations.
•Back up the Area Manager by supporting key branch functions and team leadership during absences.
•Assist with teller transactions and branch operations as needed, and partner with internal teams to connect clients with expert resources.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience within retail banking with a solid understanding of banking products.
•Proven success building customer relationships and delivering customer service.
•Experience adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Demonstrate ethical behavior and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
