Lead electrical design for building services in transit, municipal, commercial and institutional projects in Canada. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as technical advisor for the team and provide specialized input to studies and design
•Coordinate electrical systems with other disciplines and prepare technical requirements to meet project needs
•Supervise and review design of electrical normal, UPS and emergency power systems, and perform relevant analyses
•Review and approve work performed by electrical team members, including design calculations and drawings
•Prepare technical specification sections and mentor electrical team members

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•University Degree in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario in good standing
•Experience with electrical design for building services; knowledge of SKM, 208V, 600V, 4.16kV, 13.8kV, 27.6kV and 44kV systems per OESC/OCB/NEC/NFPA/IEEE
•Strong mentoring and leadership abilities; ability to supervise and review work of electrical team
•Familiarity with REVIT, AUTOCAD, Microstation, ETAP and SKM software (asset)
