Junior Maintenance Planner

Review and evaluate incoming maintenance work requests, assess scope and criticality, and allocate labor and materials to forecast and balance daily preventive maintenance workloads. Maintain PM task lists and equipment/job plans, including documentation for BRC, CFIA, and regulatory audits. Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and inventory specialists to ensure parts are kitted and assets are accurately recorded in CMMS systems, supporting on-time completion and reduced downtime.
