Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct periodic site visits (approximately 20%–40% day-travel weekly) to monitor progress and confirm work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance, change orders, contingency adequacy, and job cost reports.
  • •Review construction blueprints/specifications and construction agreements, including zoning approvals, permits, utility approval letters, soil/foundation engineering reports, and ADA compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, with 5–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Kahua and/or MS Project; Smartsheet is a plus.
  • •Ground up, retail, and/or financial services experience is strongly desired, including knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
  • •Ability to read architectural drawings and apply advanced math skills to calculate financial and construction-related figures.
