Job Summary

Join a Modern Workplace team delivering Microsoft 365-based digital workplace transformations. You’ll work across low-code Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, and Copilot/AI tools to drive DX and business process improvements, from ideation to governance, including citizen development support and CoE initiatives, with opportunities to move into pro-code areas over time.

Job Function: Facilities, Workplace & Physical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Support and drive DX promotion and business process improvement using Microsoft 365 tools, from upstream conception to downstream implementation.
•Lead citizen development initiatives, CoE establishment, and governance design to enable scalable low-code solutions.
•Collaborate with clients on its adoption of Power Platform, SharePoint, and related technologies to deliver measurable business value.
•Provide guidance on architecture and best practices for low-code and pro-code development within MW/Microsoft 365.
•Contribute to professional development and knowledge sharing within the team, enabling growth across both technical and consulting skills.

Key Requirements

•Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) low-code development experience
•SharePoint Online site building and customization experience
•Microsoft 365 implementation/support/consulting experience
•Willingness to learn/progress to pro-code areas (SPFx, Azure Functions) after joining
•Japanese business level (as per job requirements)
