Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
  • •Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
  • •Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
  • •Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • •Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions.
  • •Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
