•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team; build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety; design org structure with clear career ladders
•Partner with Product Management to ensure engineering pods operate as empowered, cross-functional teams focused on customer outcomes
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and cost optimization
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations
•Drive the AI mandate: implement AI-augmented development tools to reduce toil, monitor core engineering metrics, and demonstrate improvements in delivery velocity
