Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time information.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and support training of lower level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Must be able to move/stand/stoop/bend freely and lift up to 50 pounds at times.
