Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities)

Oversee the Facilities Maintenance Department and associated equipment at the Russellville manufacturing facility. Maintain preventive maintenance systems, support safety and uptime goals, control maintenance expenses, and lead equipment performance tracking and continuous improvement. You’ll manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs (e.g., oil, vibration, engine-compressor analysis, infrared thermography), lead and coach maintenance technicians and contractors, enforce OSHA and other regulatory compliance, and ensure facility systems and shipping/receiving automation are safe and reliable.
