Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales by monitoring performance, identifying commercial opportunities, and recommending actions to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • •Cultivate excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints effectively and promptly.
  • •Manage stock loss by implementing and adhering to ATG policies and procedures, and analyze stock management information to maximize sales opportunities.
  • •Prepare and implement stock takes in-store in liaison with the Operations team, and provide feedback and reports to relevant parties.
  • •Lead and develop the team by providing direction, coaching, and motivating team members toward goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in any discipline.
  • •5-7 years experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the industry with a track record managing a similar scale retail operation.
  • •Development commercial and negotiating skills with a confident, product-knowledge approach to the latest trends.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with pleasant personality and good grooming.
