Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for: Sales pipeline analysis and customer intelligence; Internal knowledge management; Operational reporting and business insights; Executive decision support
•Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG
•Build and maintain AI agents that combine semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data
•Manage infrastructure for AI services, with support from DevOps
•Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions and drive AI adoption across the organization
