Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including game publishing/distribution, IP and brand licensing, marketing and partnership agreements, and SaaS/vendor contracts.
  • •Support the investments team on early-stage deals (SAFEs, SAFTs, token warrants, subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements), including diligence and closing mechanics.
  • •Manage corporate housekeeping across group entities, including board/shareholder resolutions, corporate records, and coordination with company secretarial providers.
  • •Track digital-asset regulatory developments across key jurisdictions (Hong Kong, Singapore, EU, UAE) and translate them into practical internal guidance.
  • •Assist with intellectual property matters (trade mark portfolio management and brand enforcement) and advise on data privacy, consumer terms, and platform compliance questions.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified to practise in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction, with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • •Training or practice at a reputable law firm, or comparable in-house experience.
  • •Solid commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • •Comfortable with ambiguity, volume and pace; able to shift priorities as needed.
  • •Clear, plain-English communication and sound judgement on when to decide versus escalate.
