Loan Servicing Team Lead

Lead the setup, boarding, and ongoing maintenance of loan servicing functions for one or more bank loan products. You’ll ensure service-level agreement targets for completeness, turnaround time, and accuracy, while maintaining quality and data integrity. As a team lead, you supervise, coach, and mentor employees, monitor workflow status, adjust staffing as needed, review quality reports, and set performance goals. You’ll also propose process, policy, and technological improvements to improve the operating environment.
