Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

Lead ServiceNow transformations end-to-end, from target architecture and roadmap through design, implementation, rollout, governance, and continuous optimization. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders up to C-level, run requirement and solution architecture workshops, and build scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. Own complex integrations and custom applications, support pre-sales with solutioning and estimates, and provide technical leadership by mentoring senior and junior consultants.
