Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform EPC testing work to verify Eaton product functionality and conformity to customer requirements and regulatory specifications.
  • •Follow test scripts, apply power to units, and execute load checks on components as required.
  • •Complete quality assurance tasks such as continuity (wiring) checks, visual inspections, mechanical inspections, label application, checklist completion, and dielectric tests.
  • •Provide technical support by troubleshooting intermediate issues and escalating to senior testers as needed.
  • •Partner with marketing and manufacturing information (MI) to provide feedback and input for test procedures and standard method sheets; review and clarify Material Information documents for standard modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in an electrical testing environment is ideal.
  • •Basic knowledge and skills in MS Office.

  • •No relocation provided; must reside within 80km of Edmonton to be considered.
