Job Summary

Provide first-line 24x7 support for Intel Foundry Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS), monitoring equipment in a dynamic environment, diagnosing issues, and logging problems in designated databases. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including setup and calibration, as well as electrical/mechanical troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment. Support escalations through the Mfg Service Desk and equipment engineering, and assist with installation/modification projects while maintaining Intel safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor AMHS systems to detect and respond to system issues.
•Provide timely responses to equipment issues, logging problems and errors in designated databases.
•Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting for nonfunctioning electromechanical equipment.
•Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including setup and calibration of AMHS equipment and sub-assemblies.
•Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment per layout plans and repair manuals; support escalations and installation/modification projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•At least 3+ years of related experience.
•Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering, or a similar discipline.
•Ability to work a 12-hour day/night rotating shift (4 days work, 3 days off), sometimes over the weekend.
•Willingness to read schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
•Technical electro-mechanical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good working knowledge of MS Office (preferably Auto-CAD).
