Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and members of the supply chain to support delivery of compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and help manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule delays.
  • •Support implementation of project governance, processes, and systems, including preparation of project status reports and documentation.
  • •Monitor construction progress to ensure approved design standards are followed and coordinate suppliers/consultants through weekly meetings and reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in construction project management or consulting.
  • •Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in Culver City, CA.
  • •Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction projects is preferred.
