Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding customer service by meeting and greeting patients and visitors, and supporting a positive clinic experience.
  • •Operate reception duties across main reception and other patient “arrived” areas, including preparing and issuing medical record information and administrative documents.
  • •Provide efficient administrative support during clinics, tests, and procedures, including follow-up booking after appointments and helping arrange further tests or consultations.
  • •Manage reception enquiries, complaints, and information requests about hospital facilities, redirecting to the correct departments when needed.
  • •Handle letters of guarantee and liaise with insurance companies and embassies as required, and implement manual processes during computer downtime with data transfer after systems are reinstated.
