Key Responsibilities

•Lead the establishment and deployment of integrated programme controls frameworks across projects, aligning with global standards and client requirements.
•Provide strategic oversight across planning, cost, risk, change, and reporting functions to ensure consistent project delivery outcomes.
•Partner with Head of Integrated Programme Controls to sustain governance, policies, and assurance processes.
•Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera P6 / MS Project and align with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
•Drive adoption of digital tools (BIM, Power BI, AI-enabled analytics) within project controls processes and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
•Significant experience in Project Controls, Planning, or Programme Management within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
•Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams in complex project environments.
•Postgraduate qualification in Project Management / Planning (e.g., NICMAR or equivalent).
•Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM, RICS, CIOB, or APMG Planning & Controls.
