Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the establishment and deployment of integrated programme controls frameworks across projects, aligning with global standards and client requirements.
  • •Provide strategic oversight across planning, cost, risk, change, and reporting functions to ensure consistent project delivery outcomes.
  • •Partner with Head of Integrated Programme Controls to sustain governance, policies, and assurance processes.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera P6 / MS Project and align with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
  • •Drive adoption of digital tools (BIM, Power BI, AI-enabled analytics) within project controls processes and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • •Significant experience in Project Controls, Planning, or Programme Management within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams in complex project environments.
  • •Postgraduate qualification in Project Management / Planning (e.g., NICMAR or equivalent).
  • •Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM, RICS, CIOB, or APMG Planning & Controls.
