Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain program schedules for construction projects, including relationships, logic, milestones, constraints, and baseline updates.
  • •Support analysis of schedule performance by investigating variances, measuring progress, and gathering and assembling scheduling data for reporting and updates.
  • •Obtain timely schedule updates from project teams and perform QA/QC on received information.
  • •Assist with development and maintenance of WBS and support schedule development and network updating activities.
  • •Create conceptual “what-if” schedules and prepare ad-hoc scheduling reports and analyses as directed by management.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •Knowledge of planning and scheduling concepts and principles, including impacts on financial performance.
  • •Familiarity with schedule development and analysis, including identifying and investigating schedule variances.
  • •Experience working with construction documentation such as drawings, specifications, and construction contracting methods.
  • •Understanding of CPM scheduling concepts and principles, including basic EPC logic and schedule progress tracking.
