Job Summary

Support the HR Governance Manager in implementing HR governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks. Execute control activities, support disciplinary processes, and help close governance actions aligned with ADIB policies and regulatory standards. Manage HR risk assessments (RCSA), monitor KRIs in the GRC system, maintain dashboards and trackers, support central bank reporting and balance scorecard follow-ups, and assist with HR policy and procedure oversight.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in implementing HR governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks across the HR function.
•Conduct HR risk assessments and control testing (RCSA), and monitor/close KRIs on the GRC system.
•Support disciplinary actions and ensure closure on the E-HR system while maintaining confidentiality in disciplinary cases.
•Track and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and audit observations, ensuring HR-tagged actions are communicated and closed on time.
•Support MIS reporting including Central Bank reports, manage HR balance scorecard follow-ups with departments, and contribute to HR policy and procedure oversight.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
•1+ years in an HR related role with experience in MIS or Operational Risk Management.
•Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
•Strong organizational and self-management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including solid writing and documentation skills.
