Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement an integrated BD tech stack connecting tools across the employer engagement lifecycle.
  • •Create workflows that connect lead generation, outreach, meeting insights, and account management into one cohesive system.
  • •Deploy AI-enabled solutions for lead identification/enrichment, outreach automation, and support new country onboarding.
  • •Automate repetitive BD processes and reduce tool fragmentation while ensuring clean data flows across systems.
  • •Configure tools with Salesforce CRM workflows and PowerBi dashboards, experiment with AI agents, and enable BD teams through training and usage guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Mission-aligned and passionate about employment impact and social good.
  • •Proven experience working with tech tools to improve business processes.
  • •Experience implementing systems and building integrations using API integrations or no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Clay-type platforms).
  • •Ability to design end-to-end workflows across multiple tools and teams with a focus on scalability and usability.
  • •Strong business English written and verbal communication, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
