Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement an integrated BD tech stack connecting tools across the employer engagement lifecycle.
•Create workflows that connect lead generation, outreach, meeting insights, and account management into one cohesive system.
•Deploy AI-enabled solutions for lead identification/enrichment, outreach automation, and support new country onboarding.
•Automate repetitive BD processes and reduce tool fragmentation while ensuring clean data flows across systems.
•Configure tools with Salesforce CRM workflows and PowerBi dashboards, experiment with AI agents, and enable BD teams through training and usage guides.

Key Requirements

•Mission-aligned and passionate about employment impact and social good.
•Proven experience working with tech tools to improve business processes.
•Experience implementing systems and building integrations using API integrations or no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Clay-type platforms).
•Ability to design end-to-end workflows across multiple tools and teams with a focus on scalability and usability.
•Strong business English written and verbal communication, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
