Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide the team to establish a vision, strategy, and priorities for audio solutions across PS PCs, docks, and display products.
  • •Provide direct leadership to individual contributors by designing audio engineering solutions and building multi-year audio HW/SW strategies.
  • •Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs.
  • •Allocate resources and ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met in line with roadmaps; escalate issues and guide strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 10+ years of job-related experience, or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in electrical design and tools, software packages, or electronic hardware architecture.
  • •Ability to lead and design audio engineering solutions and develop 3-year strategies for audio hardware/software components.
  • •Experience managing headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs across multiple ongoing projects and programs.
