Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute B2B email nurture programs based on established strategies and creative assets, moving drafts through structured review and approval cycles.
  • •Assemble, validate, and quality-check target audience lists, then build and configure emails in Knak (or similar).
  • •Deploy campaigns through Marketo with thorough QA, test sends, and verification of content, links, formatting, and configuration before launch.
  • •Support BDR and sales enablement by configuring playbooks, cadences, and supporting data in sales engagement platforms.
  • •Build and maintain Marketo reporting infrastructure, including recurring weekly performance reporting and actionable insights for the marketing team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,600 - 2,200 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
  • •B2B marketing experience, with a strong preference for executing email nurture programs via a marketing automation platform.
  • •Hands-on experience with Marketo and building/deploying emails using Knak (or a comparable email creation platform).
  • •Experience managing multiple nurture streams, review cycles, and campaign deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • •Experience supporting QA, approvals, and performance reporting/dashboards (a plus).
