Job Function: Hardware, Embedded & Systems Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop medium- and low-voltage electrical industrial power systems, including switchgear, switchboards, motor control centers, and variable frequency drives.
•Implement process instrumentation and control systems to optimize facility operations.
•Prepare comprehensive engineering studies, reports, calculations, designs, specifications, and construction cost estimates, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
•Manage designs throughout the construction phase, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to information requests, and generating punch lists.
•Collaborate within a project team environment, coordinating with other disciplines and design team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Licensed as a Professional Engineer in California, or ability to become licensed through reciprocity (preferred)
•Experience with design and development of medium- and low-voltage electrical industrial power systems
•Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for electrical design and analysis
•Ability to collaborate within a project team and coordinate with other disciplines
