Senior Operations Manager

Own and run the production site end-to-end, partnering with a 3PL provider to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-efficient operations. Lead continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency, track performance through key metrics, and manage site budgets and invoice authorisation. Mentor and develop the team, align stakeholders on competing priorities, and collaborate globally to standardise best practices.
