Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in choosing products for main and special orders and defining quantities for the assigned region.
  • •Work with the Country Retail Merchandising Manager to adapt global product selection to local market needs.
  • •Assist with sales budget planning for the category and region together with Planning and Finance teams.
  • •Visit stores regularly to observe market trends, customer preferences, and competitors, and track sales results to maintain the right product mix and displays.
  • •Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure products are well presented in stores and windows, and share market feedback to support future collections.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in economics or a related field.
  • •Interest in the luxury industry and product categories.
  • •Very strong knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to work in a team and by objectives in a result-oriented way.
  • •Very good English language skills (CEFR C1).
