Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to and promote safety and environmental rules throughout the data migration process.
  • •Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from legacy ERP systems to data readiness tools.
  • •Provide hands-on support in the Syniti migration tool, including configuration, data load execution, and validation.
  • •Liaise between business users and technical teams to plan, implement, monitor, and document migration activities across business domains.
  • •Support UAT by ensuring migrated data is tested against business requirements and facilitate UAT sessions and training documentation/materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Applied university degree with emphasis on information systems, computer science, business systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in data readiness and data migration within ERP systems, including hands-on support across multiple business domains.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve data-related issues quickly.
  • •Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining high-quality data throughout the migration process.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint/O365 preferred) and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
