Job Summary

Perform aircraft component overhaul, rework, repair, and associated maintenance work at the cell level to meet production schedules. Assemble, disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and test parts according to maintenance manuals, while updating repair cost estimates and coordinating with supervisors and support personnel. Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements, including AS9110C and Airworthiness Part 145, and follow all EHS and export-control regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform cell-level work to meet the production schedule, including assemble, disassemble, minor cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot, and test components per maintenance manuals.
•Resolve issues promptly and ensure repair cost estimates are updated accurately.
•Work closely with the supervisor and support personnel to resolve problems as needed.
•Adhere to the Quality Management System requirements (e.g., AS9110C / Airworthiness Part 145).
•Comply with Environment, Health & Safety policies and all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations while participating in process improvement activities.

Key Requirements

•NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or other aerospace-related courses).
•Familiarity with Air legislation CAAS/EASA papers (L12, L11, M10) or other related qualifications is an advantage.
•Ability to read, write, and understand English.
•Ability to read and work from technical/service manuals, technical orders, sales orders, specifications, drawings, and written instructions.
•Computer literacy; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
