Lead Creative Designer (Multiple Positions)

Collaborate with central and local teams to define a US-specific style guide and deliver high-fidelity visual designs. Create user flows, prototypes, and multi-solution concepts driven by user needs and business goals. Lead design for promotional campaigns, branded swag, creator training materials, and product launch assets, while running workshops and sprints informed by research and data. Improve product design processes and share knowledge through documentation and post-launch presentations.
