Senior HR Operations Officer (QA)

Lead and oversee HR operations, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding. Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes while driving continuous improvements and compliance with local and international rules. Provide daily HR support to centers, support employee relations and grievance/case management, and maintain HR documentation and HRIS/HR technology optimization, including SAP ERP functional use.
