Manufacturing Operator 1st Shift, Clark, NJ

Operate in the Clark Taste Division producing flavor/ingredient products in a two-building facility. Accurately compound formula batches by weight and ingredient, using raw materials correctly, following batch sheets and compounding techniques to maintain quality and consistency. Maintain inventory lot rotation, complete daily scale logs, label and submit batches to the lab, and follow 5S, Good Manufacturing practices, allergen controls, and SQF/food safety requirements. Ensure compliance and report deviations to supervisors.
