Key Responsibilities

  • •Design reference architectures per use case and business line, covering AV solutions, physical security, Smart Screening, intelligent healthcare solutions, IoT/IIoT, AI-driven solutions, and integrated ELV systems.
  • •Maintain approved reference design and template libraries (including BOQs/MTOs) and continuously calibrate them using bid-vs-actual variance data.
  • •Develop and maintain bid-vs-actual historical repositories across solution lines by capturing bid-stage assumptions and post-award actual outcomes.
  • •Provide technical authority and input into SPBM offer cataloguing and BDRC business model validation, and support Finance/CCO with pricing guardrails based on technical cost drivers and complexity.
  • •Own the technical roadmap and core architecture for the Tahreez Unified Platform and Smart Integration module, including connectivity layers, hosting, data ingestion, analytics, and AI-driven decision layers.

Key Requirements

  • •Define compliant solution architectures by translating client and regulatory requirements into system architectures, network topologies, and equipment schedules.
  • •Maintain a living library of approved reference designs, BOQs/MTOs, and solution templates to ensure reuse across projects.
  • •Create and validate integration patterns across AV, physical security, Smart Screening, and IoT/IIoT systems with interoperable protocols.
  • •Build and maintain historical bid-vs-actual estimation repositories and analyze variances to identify systemic estimation gaps.
  • •Own the Tahreez Unified Platform and Smart Integration module technical roadmap, including core platform architecture and evolution.
