Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Real Estate and assigned practice areas to develop initiatives that cement and expand existing client relationships.
  • •Identify and support business development efforts with prospects and within relevant industry sectors.
  • •Advise attorneys on business development strategy and provide coaching for leads and broader practice growth.
  • •Create and refine presentations, graphics, pitches, and support RFP response strategy and execution, including post-response coaching.
  • •Plan and coordinate on-site/off-site business development and marketing events (CLEs, webinars, networking, conferences) and help track ROI on marketing/BD spend.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience, preferably in an AmLaw matrixed marketing and BD department.
  • •Bachelor's degree, preferably in a writing-intensive or research-heavy discipline.
  • •Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with clients, prospects, and attorneys across levels.
  • •High service orientation and ownership mindset, with agility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluency in MS Office Suite; experience/understanding of CRMs, ERMs, CMS systems, and basic database platforms is desired.
