Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the shift toward “Prompt-to-Demo” workflows and build AI agents that generate demo data stories, UI screens, and configurations from business requirements.
  • •Create self-service, chat-based agentic tools so Sales and Solution Engineers can interact with a demo environment to generate talk-tracks, executive summaries, and personalized pitch decks.
  • •Own the end-to-end development, release, and ongoing improvement of strategic AI demo tools and assets, including prioritization, feature development, technical configuration, and QA.
  • •Scale the demo lifecycle through automation by identifying repetitive manual tasks (e.g., data cleaning, screen setup) and building AI-driven tools/orchestrations to reduce demo creation time.
  • •Use generative tools to turn complex data into high-impact C-level narratives while maintaining human-centric quality of automated assets.

Key Requirements

  • •1.5+ years of experience in value engineering, applied AI, solution engineering, demo engineering, technical consulting, or a similar product-adjacent role.
  • •Hands-on experience building tools, with proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, and comfort working with data, AI models, and APIs.
  • •Ability to identify high-impact use cases and translate complex technical capabilities into simple, executive-friendly business stories.
  • •Ability to experiment rapidly with new models, frameworks, and prompting techniques.
  • •Preference for building scalable “generators” and automations rather than manually fixing individual screens.
