Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical design projects from concept through production release.
  • •Design and develop components and assemblies; create and maintain drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
  • •Perform tolerance analysis, fit/function evaluations, and DFM assessments.
  • •Conduct FEA/CAE simulations to evaluate structural integrity, mechanical stresses, thermal performance, and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers; manage engineering changes and product data in PLM/PDM to support qualification and production implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Product Design.
  • •Successful experience launching products into production and the market.
  • •Experience designing plastic injection molded parts, sheet metal components, castings, and machined parts.
  • •Strong manufacturing knowledge and experience creating engineering drawings (including GD&T) with CAD modeling/documentation, plus PLM/PDM and ERP (e.g., SAP).
