Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, tear down, and operate tow motor and hand mules, dumpers, grinders, mixers, emulsifiers.
  • •Move buckets and tanks of final ground meat from the holding cooler to the grinding room, including using shovels or forks as needed.
  • •Add water, cures, seasoning, corn syrup, and other ingredients to meat blends for correct batching and perform weight and process checks.
  • •Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain general manufacturing practices while completing position rotations, including tow motor.
  • •Complete required paperwork and accurately record and report product information into the computer, including SAP functions.
