Group Leader Facilities Management

Lead facilities management across Fronius USA by managing site projects, preventive and continuous maintenance, and service contracts. Oversee technical equipment, coordinate repairs, and supervise external vendors from planning through inspection. Manage preventive maintenance processes, review project documentation, and ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and regulations. Provide team leadership, handle disciplinary actions, staffing, budgets, and cost centers while serving as the key vendor relationship point.
