Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before starting patient visits
  • •Use mobile technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes
  • •Build rapport with patients while collecting relevant information and performing services
  • •Deliver patient-centric diagnostic and preventative services such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs
  • •Label collected samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination
  • •Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • •Reliable transportation and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds); pass background/DMV checks and hold required licensure/certifications
