Job Summary

Provide preventative and diagnostic care to patients in their homes as part of Sprinter Medical. Use modern mobile technology to access schedules, chart, and coordinate care securely, while performing phlebotomy and related low-acuity services such as specimen collection, retina exams, ECGs, and diabetic foot screenings. Ensure samples are properly labeled and coordinated for lab/shipment drop-off. Work autonomously with a patient-first, compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before starting patient visits
•Use mobile technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes
•Build rapport with patients while collecting relevant information and performing services
•Deliver patient-centric diagnostic and preventative services such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs
•Label collected samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture
•Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion
•Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination
•Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or in a team environment
•Reliable transportation and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds); pass background/DMV checks and hold required licensure/certifications
