Job Summary

Own the Dutch market end-to-end by originating, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships for Fever. Develop and execute market growth and commercial strategy with large partners, grow and maintain a strong client base, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across the Netherlands and internationally. Serve as an internal expert on new entertainment trends, using data-driven insights to optimize operations and track market performance.

•Develop and deliver the market growth strategy to scale Fever’s presence in the region.
•Manage commercial strategy with large partners to create mutual value and build sustainable alliances.
•Balance, maintain, and grow a large client base through strong organizational skills.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across the Netherlands and internationally.
•Track entertainment industry trends and act as the internal expert for new and trending experiences.

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, with ideally additional 4+ years in relevant sectors (e.g., corporate management, tech, sport/music/arts).
•Strong business development and partnership management skills.
•Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
•Fluency in Dutch and English, and comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred).
